Church News:
(1) Starting this Sunday, we will be going through a series on God's purpose and plan for marriage and the family. This would be a great opportunity to invited your friends and coworkers to come see what the Bible says on raising your family right.
(2) This Saturday is the all church prayer meeting. Come to the church at 8:30am to lift up prayer and petition for the church and God's people.
(3) Awana is back for 2009! Join us as we kick off the New Year with the second half of our Awana calendar.
(4) Glen Arbor is hosting a West Chicago Mom's Playgroup every Wednesday morning from 9:15-10:45 am. This group is for moms of young children (baby-preschool), and is set up to let the little ones plany and the moms talk. (5) Registration for the Regional Marriage Conference is underway. The Conference is being held at the Grand Harbor Resort in Dubuque, Iowa. The registration deadline is February 13th for the conference. Also, the resort is offering a special room rate for the conference if you reserve a room before Jan. 20. Contact the church office or pick up a brochure from the info rack for more information.
