Church News:
(1) This Sunday is the first of two Glen Arbor Christmas services. Join with us as we remember the significance of Christ's birth through the worship, children's drama, and teaching. Next week will be the traditional Christmas program with organ led worship.
(2) Glen Arbor is collecting food for the local food pantry this holiday season. If God has blessed you with more than what you need, share the joy and bless someone else with your surplus. Please bring your canned and dry goods to either of the Christmas services and place them in the box near the book table.
(3) Attention Awana Parents! This week is the Awana Christmas party, and your kids have been asked to bring Christmas treats to share with everyone. Be sure to bring enough for everyone. Also, if you are available, we are looking for some parents to help set up and man the treat table at the end of the night. If you would like to help, please let Tom Biang know.
(4) There will be a fathers of teens meeting this Sunday after the service. Meet in the Parlor at 11:45.
(5) Glen Arbor will be starting a teaching series on raising families this January. There will be more information as the time gets closer.
(6) Don't forget to pray about being more involved in the community of West Chicago. Glen Arbor is trying to focus our effort more so that our sowing and watering will be more concentrated. Our vision for this coming year is "Do it in West Chicago"

Prayer Request: Please pray that Greg Ochab's cancer will go into remission, and that the side effects of his treatment would lessen. He is undergoing the next round of chemotherapy today. Also pray that Anna's stomach pains would go away as she starts taking a new medication. Pray for grace for the family.
